- Je bewaakt en stuurt het productieproces aan om een efficiënte en vlotte werking te garanderen.

- Je volgt de prestaties op het vlak van kosten, kwaliteit, productiviteit en verzuim nauwgezet op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
Your Profile
- Je hebt ervaring binnen een productie of logistieke omgeving.
- Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring en bent vertrouwd met het aansturen van meerdere teams.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende niveaus.
- Je hanteert een hands-on aanpak en weet efficiënt prioriteiten te stellen.
- Je denkt analytisch en werkt doel- en resultaatgericht.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands vlot; kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een pluspunt.
- Je bent woonachtig in de regio Beveren.
