About the Job
Als meewerkend operator werk je actief mee aan de productielijn en zorg je dat het inpak- en kartonneerproces vlot verloopt. Je stelt de machine in en voert de juiste materialen aan (folie, etiketten, kartons…) volgens wat de machine aangeeft. Daarna hou je samen met je team de productie en kwaliteit in de gaten.
Je combineert ongeveer 40% machinebediening met 60% meewerken aan de lijn – je staat dus het grootste deel van de dag actief in de productie.
Wat ga je doen?
- Machines instellen en bedienen
- Materialen correct aanvoeren (folie, etiketten, kartons…)
- Kwaliteit, datums en etiketten controleren
- Actief meewerken aan de band (inpakken en verwerken)
- Samenwerken met je team voor een vlot proces
- Orde, netheid en hygiëne bewaken
Your Profile
Zo overtuig je ons:
- Ervaring in productie, liefst voeding, is een plus
- Motivatie en hands-on ingesteldheid zijn het belangrijkst
- Je spreekt Nederlands of Frans
- Bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken (5u–13u en 13u–21u)
- Basis technisch inzicht
- Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af
- Nauwkeurig en een echte teamplayer
