Who we are
puntWork is operated by DGC (Belgium). We aggregate public job listings from staffing partners and route job seekers to partner application pages.
Data we process
- Public job posting data from partners.
- Technical logs (e.g., request metadata, security logs) for service reliability and abuse prevention.
- Server-side apply redirect records, minimized analytics events, attribution source, consent state, and pseudonymous hashes used for abuse prevention and measurement. We do not store raw IP addresses, and new apply records do not store raw user agent or session IDs.
Cookies and trackers
We use strictly necessary security cookies and optional analytics cookies. Google Analytics may receive limited cookieless pings under Consent Mode when analytics cookies are denied; these are used for aggregated/modelled measurement and do not set puntWork analytics cookies. First-party pw_attr URL tokens may preserve campaign attribution for internal job links for a short TTL; they are signed, bounded, and not used for fingerprinting. See our Cookies Policy. Cookies.
Apply redirects and third parties
When you click Apply, puntWork records the first-party redirect before sending you to the partner/employer site with Referrer-Policy: no-referrer. Consent-gated GA4 server dispatch is tracked through a durable outbox for delivery status; partner sites remain governed by their own privacy policies.
Measuring how the site performs
We keep aggregate, pseudonymised measurements of how the site is used — job-detail views, apply clicks and alert sign-ups, grouped by region, page type and apply button — so we can run the service, detect abuse and improve it. We rely on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): the data is first-party and aggregated, any identifiers (such as IP and session) are hashed, we do not build advertising profiles, we do not track you across other websites, and we never sell it. You can object at any time via privacy@puntwork.be.

If GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable.
