About the Job
Als commercieel administratief medewerker voor een bedrijf in Malle ben jij de spil tussen de vertegenwoordigers en klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlot verloopt en bent een onmisbare schakel binnen het team.
Je ondersteunt meerdere vertegenwoordigers en bent hét interne aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
Wat ga je doen?
Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde! Jouw takenpakket bestaat o.a. uit:
- Administratieve ondersteuning van jouw vertegenwoordigers
- Opmaak en opvolging van offertes
- Ingeven en verwerken van bestellingen
- Beantwoorden van telefonische oproepen
- Oplossen van interne en externe vragen
- Back-up en ondersteuning van collega’s (transportplanning, aankoop, boekhouding, …)
Your Profile
Je bent een enthousiaste en nauwkeurige teamplayer die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Frans
- Je bent sterk met PC-toepassingen (vooral Excel)
- Je bent servicegericht en positief ingesteld
- Je kan gestructureerd en projectmatig werken
