Jouw taken
- Order- & voorraadbeheer: analyseren van klant- en stockgegevens om de bevoorrading van grote retailers te ondersteunen.
- Customer service: aanspreekpunt voor interne stakeholders en externe klanten.
- Transportplanning: transporten boeken in SAP, toewijzen aan transporteurs en leveringen opvolgen.
- Klachtenbehandeling: logistieke klachten onderzoeken en oorzaken analyseren om toekomstige fouten te voorkomen.
- Administratieve ondersteuning: beheren van transportdocumenten en archief.
Your Profile
Jij bent
- Min. 18 jaar en student in een hogere opleiding (bij voorkeur logistiek gerelateerd).
- Analytisch, nauwkeurig, communicatief sterk en cijfermatig ingesteld.
- Goede kennis van MS Office, vooral Excel (functies, grafieken, draaitabellen).
- Kennis van SAP of een ander ERP-pakket is een plus.
- Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een plus.
- Beschikbaar van 27/07/2026 t.e.m. 31/08/2026.
