Als Polyvalent Medewerker ben je de onmisbare schakel voor de continuïteit binnen het bedrijf te garanderen.
- Productie garanderen (eerste verantwoordelijkheid)
- Je springt onmiddellijk bij om collega's te vervangen in de productie, zowel als Operator als Machinist (kraan, bulldozer,...).
- Preventief en periodiek onderhoud aan machines en installaties om storingen te voorkomen en de levensduur te verlengen
- Kleine klusjes en herstellingen doorheen het bedrijf (vervangen defect stopcontact of lamp, eenvoudige timmerwerken, terrein onderhouden,...)
Your Profile
- Je bent flexibel en bereid om in te springen waar nodig, planningen durven al eens wijzigen
- Je hebt een technische aanleg
- Ervaring als operator/machinist is een grote troef
- Je hebt geen schrik van fysiek werk en buitenwerk
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands
- Je wil graag bijleren op alle vlakken
