Jouw functie als Sales Backoffice Medewerker
Als Sales Backoffice Medewerker ben jij de schakel tussen klanten en het sales team. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle commerciële processen achter de schermen soepel verlopen.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ondersteunen van de externe salesafdeling in hun dagelijkse werking
- Opvolgen en coördineren van aanbestedingen (o.a. ziekenhuizen, overheden, openbare instellingen)
- Analyseren van aanvragen en samenstellen van volledige en correcte dossiers
- Opmaken van commerciële offertes met oog voor detail én rendement
- Beheren en analyseren van key accounts (rapportering, marges, kostprijsberekeningen, volumes, …)
- Organiseren en voorbereiden van klantenbezoeken en salesgesprekken
- Up-to-date houden van klantgegevens, prijzen en assortimenten
Your Profile
Voor deze job als commercieel administratief bediende / sales backoffice medewerker zoeken we iemand die sterk is in zowel analyse als communicatie.
Wat breng jij mee?
- Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige commerciële of administratieve functie
- Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans (50/50 professioneel niveau)
- Sterke kennis van Excel (formules, draaitabellen, data-analyse)
- Commerciële ingesteldheid gecombineerd met administratieve precisie
- Analytisch, gestructureerd en proactief in je aanpak
- Je neemt initiatief en werkt graag zelfstandig

- Maaltijdcheques van €10 per dag
