Als Service Shop Agent ben jij het gezicht van de vestiging. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten met vertrouwen de baan op gaan.
- Je ontvangt klanten en luistert naar hun vraag
- Je helpt bij reservaties en denkt mee over de juiste mobiliteitsoplossing
- Je blijft rustig en oplossingsgericht, ook wanneer het druk is
- Je controleert voertuigen en zorgt dat ze vertrekklaar zijn
- Je maakt contracten correct op en volgt dossiers nauwkeurig op
- Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s om de vestiging vlot te laten draaien
- Je combineert klantencontact met praktische actie
Geen routinejob, maar een functie met verantwoordelijkheid en afwisseling.

- Je helpt graag mensen en bent klantgericht
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt initiatief
- Je houdt van structuur én van een dynamische omgeving
- Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
- Je bent bereid om 2 op 3 zaterdagen te werken
