About the Job
Onze klant staat voor de productie van duurzame en kwaliteitsvolle kunststofverpakkingen.Voor de site te Rotselaar zijn ze op zoek naar een Plant Controller. Je bent de schakel tussen Plant Management en het Europese Finance Department, en treedt je op als business partner voor de operationele teams.
Je bewaakt de financiële prestaties van de site en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige rapportering volgens de geldende interne richtlijnen en wettelijke voorschriften.
Je rapporteert functioneel aan de Controlling Manager (gevestigd in het hoofdkantoor in Parijs) en operationeel aan de Plant Manager.
Takenpakket:Controlling, forecasting, budgetting & reporting
Advies en financiele ondersteuning bieden
Proces- en systeemverbetering (Optimaliseren van BI-dashboards, rapporteringstools en automatisatie.)
Your Profile
Wie zoeken wij voor deze functie?
- Masterdiploma in een financiële richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Kennis van SAP, Excel, rapportagetools (HFM), Power BI of bent bereid hierin bij te scholen
- Ervaring met controlling
- Kennis m.b.t. US GAAP
- Communicatief sterk
- Zeer goede talenkennis: Nederlands, Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.
Bijkomende vaardigheden: Ondersteuning bieden bij automatisering van financiele rapportage, Algemene boekhouding, Financiele analyse en audit
Persoonlijke vaardigheden: Betrouwbaar - commercieel inzicht - kan samenwerken - kritisch denken - verantwoordelijkheidszin hebben - Kunnen coachen - Analytisch vermogen beschikken
