Voor een innovatieve en internationale organisatie zoeken we een student met een sterke interesse in IT en digitale tools. Je helpt het team bij een aantal projecten en achterliggende taken die zijn blijven liggen en draagt bij aan de verdere digitalisering van de werking.
Het gaat om een flexibele studentenjob: je kan werken tijdens de zomer (vanaf midden juni), op vaste dagen (zoals bijvoorbeeld elke vrijdag) of verspreid doorheen het jaar. Alles is bespreekbaar.
Jouw takenpakket
- Je ondersteunt het team bij diverse IT- en administratieve projecten:
- Installeren en configureren van software en nieuwe pc’s.
- Vervangen en klaarmaken van toestellen voor gebruik.
- Opstellen en analyseren van rapporten.
- Werken met en structureren van data.
- Ondersteunen bij het gebruik en ontwikkelen van tools zoals PowerApps.
- Schrijven van duidelijke handleidingen voor medewerkers.
- IT-gerelateerde ondersteuning bieden aan collega’s in België (Vlaanderen & Wallonië).

Jouw profiel
Je bent een gemotiveerde student met interesse in IT en technologie.
Wij zoeken iemand die:
- Een sterke affiniteit heeft met IT en digitale tools.
- Ervaring met Powerapps
- Vlot werkt met computers, software en data.
- Nauwkeurig en zelfstandig kan werken.
- Graag zaken uitzoekt en structureert.
- Vlot communiceert in Nederlands en zich kan behelpen in Frans.
- Flexibel beschikbaar is (zomerperiode en/of doorheen het jaar).
