Heb jij ervaring in luchttransport of customer service? Ben je geboeid door de logisiteke wereld en wil je je in deze snel bewegende wereld verder ontwikkelen? Dan is deze positie in Machelen iets voor jou!
Voor onze klant zoeken we naar een logistiek bediende in luchttransport, iemand die ofwel de inkomende of uitgaande luchtzendingen opvolgt. Wat zal je doen?
- Je volgt het proces van alle inkomende of uitgaande zendingen goed op;
- Je bent het spilfiguur tussen onze klant, de luchtvaartmaatschappijen en de klanten;
- Indien de klanten vragen hebben rond hun zendingen, sta je hen graag te woord;
- Je hebt contact met de luchtvaartmaatschappijen om deze zendingen in te regelen.
Your Profile
Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die:
- Een eerste ervaring heeft binnen het opvolgen van luchttransport of in customer service.
- Ben je een schoolverlater en heb je een bachelor logistiek op zak? Ook goed!
- Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en Nederlands
- Je kan goed om met stress. Er kan snel veel veranderen bij verchillende dossiers.
- Je bent flexibel en klantgericht.
