About the Job
Voor één van onze klanten op Brucargo, die een grote speler is als het gaat om logistieke vracht afhandelingen, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Transcon Agent. Heb je oog voor detail en werk je graag in een dynamische, internationale omgeving? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!
Wat ga je doen?:
- Het waarborgen van een vlotte en tijdige afhandeling van het vrachtproces
- Nauwkeurige en tijdige invoer van gegevens in ons operationeel systeem
- Track & trace van Transcon-dossiers en rapportering
- Correcte en tijdige facturatie naar klanten en leveranciers
- Zorgen voor levering van vracht en tijdige inklaring waar van toepassing
- Contact onderhouden met klanten voor het regelen van zendingen volgens de afgesproken servicestandaarden
- Bijdragen aan en onderhouden van goede relaties met leveranciers
- Continu voldoen aan compliance-vereisten
- Netwerkcommunicatie en tijdige beantwoording van e-mails en verzoeken
- Voldoen aan KPI-normen in lijn met het bedrijfsbeleid
- Klantprocedures begrijpen en interne DLSOP’s up-to-date houden
Your Profile
Wie ben jij?:
- Je hebt 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring in logistiek, bij voorkeur in wegtransport
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
- Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma
- Je beheerst interpersoonlijke vaardigheden (actief luisteren, begrijpen, duidelijk en beknopt communiceren om positieve resultaten te behalen)
- Proactief en beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
- Je beheerst MS-office
