About the Job
Als Sales Support specialist heb je een belangrijke administratieve ondersteunende taak. Je hebt geen rechtstreeks contact met klanten en we verwachten niet dat je mee prospectie doet. Maar je bent wel een belangrijke schakel in het Sales-team en helpt de key accountmanagers en business development managers met hun administratie : voorbereiden van analyses, rapporten, presentaties (vb. QBR Quarterly Business Review), checken van juistheid van klantendata, ...
Your Profile
- ervaring in luchtvracht en/of zeevracht is een pluspunt maar geen must
- oog voor detail, nauwkeurig werken met cijfers, geen taalfouten maken
- zin voor planning en organisatie
- Goed kunnen connecteren met de verschillende departementen in onze organisatie : customer service, warehouse, finance, ..
- talen : Nederlands en Engels zeer goed mondeling en schriftelijk, Frans : goede basis
- pc kennis : Word en Excel
