Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een gemotiveerde klantenopvolger om ons planningsteam te versterken.
Jouw functie
Je komt terecht in een gezellig landschapsbureau waar je nauw samenwerkt met een team van enthousiaste collega’s.
Je verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je plant dagelijks een twintigtal plaatsingsploegen in en maakt concrete afspraken met klanten.
- Je volgt dossiers nauwgezet op vanaf de levering tot de volledige afwerking.
- Je werkt met een gebruiksvriendelijke planningsmodule binnen ons ERP-systeem.
- Samen met ongeveer 12 collega’s zorg je voor een vlotte en klantgerichte planning.
Your Profile
We zoeken iemand die:
- sterk organisatorisch en commercieel ingesteld is,
- beschikt over een vlotte pc-kennis,
- klantvriendelijk en assertief is,
- vlot communiceert in het Nederlands én het Frans,
- pas tevreden is wanneer de klant dat ook is.
