Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Rekruteren en selecteren van arbeiders en bedienden
- Beheren en optimaliseren van sollicitatieprocessen
- Meewerken aan de implementatie en verbetering van HR-tools
- Analyseren van HR-processen en identificeren van efficiëntiewinsten
- Ondersteunen van diverse HR-projecten en dagelijkse HR-activiteiten
Your Profile
Jouw profiel:
- Bacheloropleiding in een relevante richting
- Ervaring met rekrutering en selectie van arbeiders en bedienden
- Ervaring met of interesse in het optimaliseren van HR-processen
- Affiniteit met het implementeren van HR-tools en het verbeteren van workflows
- Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands
- Goede professionele kennis van het Frans
- Goede kennis van het Engels
- Zelfstandig, gestructureerd en hands-on ingesteld
