USG Professionals is op zoek naar een HR Officer voor een klant in de maritieme sector in het hartje van Antwerpen.

In deze rol als HR Officer maak je elke dag het verschil voor medewerkers en crews in een internationale maritieme context. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-vragen en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlot en correct verloopt van onboarding tot payrollsupport.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers bij HR-gerelateerde vragen
- Opvolgen van afwezigheden, welzijn en personeelsdossiers
- Ondersteunen van onboarding en integratie van nieuwe medewerkers
- Verwerken van HR-administratie en voorbereiden van payrollgegevens
- Coördineren van administratieve en operationele taken binnen rekrutering
- Ondersteunen van HR-projecten en optimalisatie-initiatieven
- Afstemmen met verschillende interne stakeholders om een vlotte personeelswerking te garanderen
Your Profile
- Bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Eerste ervaring binnen HR of personeelsadministratie
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een mensgerichte aanpak
- Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en proactief
- Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands & vloeiend in Engels, kennis Frans is een plus!
