- Je stuurt dagelijks een team van 5 technici aan
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte planning en opvolging van onderhoud en depannages
- Je springt zelf bij bij technische storingen waar nodig
- Je werkt nauw samen met interne en externe partners
- Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen aan machines en processen
- Je vertaalt technische inzichten naar concrete acties
- Je registreert interventies correct en draagt bij aan kennisdeling
- Je waakt over veiligheid en zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving
Your Profile
Wat breng je mee?
- Minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring
- Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol
- Technische kennis (PLC is een plus)
- Goede kennis Nederlands, Frans is een plus
- Rijbewijs B
- Je werkt zelfstandig en denkt oplossingsgericht
- Je bent flexibel en bereid om in ploegen te werken

TSO Technisch Secundair Onderwijs/A2
